How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Standard custom builds typically take 5 to 10 business days to assemble and test. Once shipped, delivery times vary by state, generally taking 1 to 3 business days for metro areas via our premium couriers.
What kind of warranty comes with an Aftershock PC?
Every PC comes with a standard 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also offer premium 'Pickup and Return' warranty tiers that cover all shipping costs for repairs during the warranty period.
Do you offer flexible payment options like Afterpay or Zip?
Yes, we support various payment methods including Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Money, allowing you to build your dream rig now and pay over time.
Are the PCs pre-tested before they are sent out?
Absolutely. Every system undergoes a rigorous 48-hour stress test and quality control checklist to ensure stability, thermal performance, and hardware reliability before it leaves our Melbourne facility.
Can I upgrade my components in the future without voiding the warranty?
We encourage upgradeability. Opening your case to perform upgrades does not void your warranty, provided that no damage is caused to the original components during the installation process.
What happens if my PC is damaged during transit?
All our shipments are fully insured. If your PC arrives with any physical damage, please contact our support team immediately so we can arrange a priority return and replacement.
